Purchased items are shipped by regular air mail, SAL, ePacket or by express registered mail - EMS.
EMS is the fastest and most reliable of our shipping options and normally takes 3-4 business days to the USA. Regular airmail can take 7-10 business days to reach the USA, while SAL (where international mail is handled as surface mail in Japan and the destination country and as airmail between the two countries), the slowest and least reliable of the shipping methods, can take around 2 weeks or even 30 days in the worst case scenario. ePacket is a new insured and trackable postal service for small packets weighing up to 2000g and usually takes 5 days to the USA from Japan.
If you wish to have your goods shipped by Japanese express registered mail (EMS) for extra speed, protection and peace of mind please choose the EMS option.
All goods over US$150 in value are sent by EMS.

International Orders - Customs Duties
All international orders are subject to any applicable customs duties and associated assessments and fees. This remains entirely the responsibility of the purchaser.
UK Orders - Recent orders shipped to the UK via International Air Parcel Post (Parcel Force in UK) have been charged 12% Import Duty (on items classed as 'luxury' goods); 17.5% VAT plus £5.25 Customs clearance fee.
Canada Orders - For an order with EMS shipping, please be sure to include the telephone number for the forwarding address.
Delivery times are normally 7-10 business days for normal mail and 3-4 business days for EMS, though this may vary according to the country shipped to.
