James Noble Knives: Fine knives, traditionally made

Each James Noble, craftsman made knife is a one-off, custom made item that should last for generations. Every part of a James Noble knife is hand-worked and finished in our workshops.

We only ever use the highest quality materials, the steel hand-forged to highest tolerances and the handles made from hand selected hard wood burl for the best grain through the hand, together with the finest colour and contrast. Samba Antler is also used, as well as mammoth ivory and teeth taken from 10,000 year old wooly mammoths found under the ice in Siberia.
